Speed River Trail - Sect 3 - April 15, 2010

My wife and I only had a little over an hour to kill before meeting my mother-in-law at Townline Rd and 401, so we decided to head into Section 3 from the big log home that is painted blue at the end of the trail, and work our way back to where the trail hits the river and then turn around.  As expected, the 'wet section' was damn wet, but we managed through using a stick for balance and moving from one dry spot to the next.  The few really nasty areas had a bit of cedar laid over strategic spots, and I would bet money that Bill Mungall has been through recently.
