Section 2 Radial Line Trail east of Watson Rd, including the Arkell Springs Side Trail off Arkell Rd, on City of Guelph Water Services property is closed to public access until Further notice.

Water Services, City of Guelph has informed GHTC

"Arkell Spring grounds and trails are closed due to COVID-19 provincial restrictions. Due to closures of City facilities and other private recreation areas, we’re seeing an increase in activity on this property leading to operational and safety concerns."

Signs are posted at trail closures. West part of RLT Section 2 off Wellington 29 is still open.
