The Shortest Sun Stroll
Please join Tanya for a quiet, mindful journey on the shortest day of the year. Winter solstice is a celebration of the turning seasons, offering a peaceful connection to bare forests, frosty trails, and the return of lengthening days. As we walk, we can think about using the silence to reflect on the past year and about what to let go of or welcome next. It is a time of stillness in the excitement, reflection of the passing of time, and intention of what is to come.
