GHTC Virtual Annual General Meeting

Once again this year's GHTC AGM will be held virtually. You may access it using Zoom or phoning in. An email with Zoom link and call in phone numbers will be emailed Nov 26 to members that have REGISTERED by Nov 24 for this event.

The meeting will review financial report, vote for President, Vice-president, Treasurer and Secretary positions. If you wish to nominate a GHTC member for any of these positions please email Lisa lisaslater00@gmail.com by Nov 24.

The 2022 agenda, financial report, and 2021 draft minutes are attached here for review in advance of the meeting.
