Singhampton Crevice Caves Technical Hike

Trailhead Parking:
Parking is at : https://maps.app.goo.gl/L6PPvr3bKBLM4Wjo7 and is limited to 5 or six cars so carpooling is recommended

Carpool:
Meet in the small parking lot next to CIBC at 9 Woodlawn Rd.. W., at 8:30 AM for an 8:35 AM departure to the trailhead. I will not be at the carpool location so you will have to self organize. I do have room for 3 passengers in my truck leaving from the ranch in Marsville at 9am . DM me if you would like a ride

Hike Description:
A technical hike - one that presents significant obstacles and challenges, requiring a higher level of skill, experience, and physical fitness than a hike on a typical hiking trail. The trail on this hike includes rock scrambling, steep sections, and requires the use of hands and feet at times.

A 10+ Km out and back featuring a visit to Frank's Family Kiln and the Singhampton Crevice Caves. I took my Grandkids here and they had a blast. They were 7 and 9 at the time.

Distance: 10+ Km, Pace: moderate. Terrain: 3. Hiking time: 2-3 hours.
Travel time: 3 hours total.
Carpool is limited to a maximum of 9.

What to bring:
2L of water plus an extra 1L, snacks, lunch, first aid kit, sun hat, insect repellant. Hiking poles. Hiking boots required - no sneakers.
