Wed morning hike - Speed River and Marden Creek

Meet 9:30am by Victoria Rd N  on the north side of the Speed river bridge. 

Parking along Victoria Rd before Gorba Trails entrance.

These  trails offer lots of variety: we hike shady paths along the Speed River  and Marden Creeks with plenty of board walks, by the  ruins of a old mill and villa, abandoned beaver dam, Ignatius project for restoring native trees and stop at the lookout over the restoring projects over the Marden creek pond.

Quite easy level walk, hiking shoes required, poles optional. 

Level 1, speed moderate, about 2 hrs (6-7k)
