Wed morning hike - Speed River Trail Section One

Meet at 9:30 in the Covered Bridge parking lot. We will hike along the Speed on the Royal Recreation Trail, cross over the bridge on Edinburgh Rd and continue on section 1. The trail follows the north bank of the river under the Hanlon and emerges onto the former quarry access road.  We will continue on section 1 as far as the little bridge over Imperial Drain and turn back.

Weather is not looking great, so we'll stay close to home.

Icers and poles will be useful.
