Rock Chapel Sanctuary Loop Hike

When: March 8^th 2026

Location: Galaxy parking lot in south end of Guelph.  Address: 85 Clair Rd E, Guelph

Meet by 8:00 am at south end Galaxy parking lot to carpool to the trail head.

Trail Head: Old Guelph Rd at Highway 6. GPS Coordinates 43.307417, -79.911580.

We will follow Bruce Trail main tail, pass the Borer’s Falls and hike to the Rock Chapel Sanctuary area. After a short break at the gazebos, we will then hike the same trail back. 

There are some hills in the Borer’s Falls Conservation Area. Please make sure to bring icers and hiking poles. Dress in layers for the weather and bring your choice of hydration and snakes. Lunch is not needed.

Length: approximately 11 kms

Pace: 3-4 km / hr

Hike Difficulty: Level 2. Hilly and slippery

Hiking time: 3.5 hrs
